EXAMPLES:

• Offering to send future leaders/interns/trainees to other places to research and explore across the network is a great recruiting strategy e.g. young south Chicago Latina woman with a disability having never lived outside of her neighborhood being able to learn about her future career through travel. These kinds of opportunities could really get people excited about our network's visions of inclusion for Disabled people!
