Yali Pang is a PhD student in Public Administration and Policy at L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs, Virginia Commonwealth University. Her research interests are nonprofit management and nonprofits’ roles in public policy. Prior to her Ph.D program, Yali received a Master’s degree in Business Administration with concentration on Corporation Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Southwest University in China. Yali became a member of the Phi Alpha Alpha Honor Society in 2016. She is a current Diversity Fellow at the Partnership for People with Disabilities, Virginia Commonwealth University. She wants to learn more about disability and be more engaged in the local diverse communities through this fellowship program.
