Grace Brannon’s research focuses on health communication with a specialization in family. She examines information management, health disparities, and related communication using mixed-methods. The goal of her research is to create and expand applied knowledge that can positively impact overall health outcomes for people with diabetes, their healthcare team, and their family. She is currently working on a qualitative project through interviewing people with diabetes who live in rural areas in order to see how families communicate about eHealth.
