Ashwak Hassan has professional experience providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy and skills training services to many ages and populations. She is trained to conduct relational, play, behavioral, developmental, and trauma-focused therapy. For the past several years, Ashwak has dedicated her career to doing behavioral therapy with children on the autism spectrum and bringing awareness to the Somali community to better serve families that are impacted by Neurodevelopmental disorders. Ashwak is a warm, dynamic and empathetic therapist. She speaks Somali, German and English.
