Action Step: CLC-1.1

In partnership with their CACs and as part of their fulfillment of their five-year plans, UCEDDs will examine the degree to which CLC is a core element of the UCEDD's organizational mission and how it is manifested in: (a) workforce knowledge, skills, and capacity of the faculty and staff; (b) strategies used to engage underserved communities in the activities of all four core functions; (c) directing investments and resources toward this priority; (d) developing leaders and leadership from underserved groups; (e) ongoing training and self-assessment of CLC for staff and faculty; and (f) ensuring equity in the allocation of resources.
